Call for Papers 2024
Congress General Topics
All participants are welcome to submit technical paper(s) and discuss your ideas with professionals and students of diverse expertise. All extended abstracts will be evaluated and the accepted works will be compiled in the conference proceedings and presented in the conference, either in the form of oral or poster presentation.
FATC encompasses a wide range of Flow Assurance topics:
- Challenges in Long Tiebacks
- CO2 Transportation and GHG Reduction
- Oil Field Chemistry and Fluid Characterization
- Well Performance, Artificial Lift and Flow Technologies
- Flow Assurance Management
- Digital Solutions and Monitoring in Flow Assurance
Abstract Submission Instructions
We want to ensure that all proposed abstracts are in line with the overall content of FATC 2024. As such we will conduct a full review of your Extended Abstract. All submissions must be received electronically before the submission deadline, on April 26, 2024. To submit your Extended Abstract, please follow the instructions:
- Use the template provided below to prepare an Extended Abstract with 2-4 pages.
- Fill in the required information and upload the .pdf file of your abstract below.
- Notification of Extended Abstract acceptance will be done on June 14, 2024.
- At least one author of each accepted Extended Abstract shall register for and attend the Congress, and present the work at the Congress in accordance with the applicable presentation schedule.
Abstract Submission Instructions

All submissions must be received electronically before the Submission Deadline, on May 15, 2022. To submit your Extended Abstract, please follow the instructions:
- Use the template provided below to prepare an Extended Abstract with 2-4 pages.
- Fill in the required information and upload the .pdf file of your abstract below.
- Notification of Extended Abstract acceptance will be done on June 15, 2022.
Selected papers will be invited to submit a Full Manuscript to the following prestigious international peer-reviewed journals:
- Brazilian Journal of Chemical Engineering
- Journal of the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences and Engineering
- At least one author of each accepted Extended Abstract shall register for and attend the Congress, and present the work at the Congress in accordance with the applicable presentation schedule.
