Presentations Guidelines

Important Note

1) We will have a digital poster session. There is no need to print the posters. Please use the PPT template provided.

2) Poster sessions will only be available for in-person participation. Due to technical reasons, poster sessions will not be available on-line.

Poster Presentations

Please find below some instructions for the poster presentations to be held at SPE Brazil FATC 2022.

There will be two e-Poster sessions, taking place on Nov16th/17th. Both sessions will be organized in the form of short presentation (“Pitch”) format, as outlined below:

1) Each extended abstract must be presented as an oral presentation of maximum 5 minutes long.

2) You will prepare the presentation in a Power Point format. You can download the ppt template clicking on the button below.

3) To have a better organization of the e-poster sessions, we kindly request the authors to reply this e-mail attaching their ppt file by *November 4th*.

(Maximum file size is 30 MB. For larger files, please send a link to download the presentation.)

4) Lastly, we kindly ask you to confirm your presence at the SPE Brazil FATC 2022, or that of your co-author, by *October 21st*. The poster schedule will be included at the FATC 2022 website after that.

Oral Presentations

Please find below some instructions for the oral presentations to be held at SPE Brazil FATC 2022.

1) The schedule is already on the FATC 2022 website, for all oral presentations.

2) Each extended abstract must be presented as an oral presentation of maximum 15 minutes long. After that we will have 5 min of Q&A.

3) You will prepare the presentation in a Power Point format. You can download the ppt template clicking on the button below.

4) To have a better organization of the oral sessions, we kindly request the authors to reply this e-mail attaching their ppt file by *November 4th*. (maximum file size is 30 MB).

5) Lastly, we kindly ask you to confirm your presence at the SPE Brazil FATC 2022, or that of your co-author, by *October 21st*.
